With other players offering Multiple SIM functionality, Nokia did it late but they have finally launched the much awaited Nokia Dual SIM Mobile phones in Indian Market.Nokia C1 (C1-00) and Nokia C2 (C2-00) are GSM+GSM Dual SIM Phonesunveiled today and will be available at very affordable prices.
At the launch event, Mary McDowell, Executive Vice President, Mobile Phones, Nokiasaid, “As per our deep consumer insights, entry level consumers need dual SIMs for various reasons including economizing time and costs, improving efficiency and for increased convenience. To address these consumer requirements, Nokia has launched these two devices that offer multiple SIM capabilities with a balanced feature set and ‘relevant innovations’ at affordable price points.”

Out of these two, C1 is a basic, entry level Mobile device which will be available at Price ofRs. 1,999 in Indian Markets.To call out it’s features- Impressive thing is it’s Battery Talktime which is said to 6 weeks, the longest ever for a Nokia mobile phone, especially useful in those parts of the country where access to electricity is sometimes limited. Another feature is Call Divert with which you can Divert a call of one SIM to another in case of No-Connectivity, Coverage Problems etc.

“By simply holding down a key, people are able to switch between SIM cards.
